Course Description

This is a 12 hour course, which starts from introducing IBM Sterling OMS, Application Platform, API Framework, and then goes deep into the various functionalities.  

If you are a business user of IBM Sterling OMS, then this course helps you understand OMS, its ecosystem, and overall features and functionalities. If you are a technical user of IBM Sterling OMS, then it is recommended to take the IBM Sterling Order Management Technical Bootcamp (6F130G) also, along with this course. The Technical Bootcamp course provides you with in-depth hand's-on exercises.

You must complete all of the required activities before you can take the quizzes. The course certificate and badge are awarded after passing all the quizzes.
